Returns & Refunds

We will reimburse you no later than 7 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement. We will issue you a full refund if the product has a defect in the craftmanship.

Conditions for returns and refunds:

In order for the items to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The items were purchased in the last 30 days

  • A reason the item is being returned

  • All items returned back in original packaging

  • We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery. You will be reimbursed for shipping cost back to us, if we are at fault.

The following goods cannot be returned or refunded:

  • The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized and has the wrong spelling, unless it is our fault. (Example: Jay ordered a shirt for his friend Jermy and made a mistake and spelled it Jeremy when ordering. ) Please make sure all spelling is correct before placing an order.

  • Any item that has been soiled

  • Any item that had the wrong shipping address when ordering. Please make sure your address is correct before ordering

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
